Eugene Fuller

Attorney Eugene Fuller, Jr., was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a proud alumni of Tuskegee University and received his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law. Upon graduation, he returned to Atlanta to start his law career.   

Eugene started his career as a criminal defense attorney and quickly transitioned to a sole practitioner specializing in Real Estate and Contract Law.  Eugene then found his calling in public service and spent 10 years working as an attorney in municipal, county and state agencies. In mid 2022, Eugene decided to pursue his dream of running his own law firm and decided to make the Fuller Law Firm his sole focus.

Eugene holds professional memberships as an active member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia, National Institute of Government Purchasing, Association of Technology Procurement Professionals, Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorney Association (GRECAA), Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys (GABWA) and the Gate City Bar Association.  Eugene also currently serves as adjunct faculty at Atlanta Technical College.

When Eugene is not practicing law, he enjoys playing music, traveling, watching movies and enjoying a leisurely cruise around the streets of Atlanta in one of his vintage Cadillac automobiles.
